Is the 12-week timeline fixed?
No. It's the typical shape, not a rigid contract. Scope and pace are agreed at kickoff based on where you are. The roadmap on this page is indicative.
Do you guarantee a fundraise close?
No. We handle strategy, preparation, and outreach on your behalf. The "15–25 investor conversations" is a programme target, not a guarantee. Fundraising depends on many factors outside any adviser's control.
Are you a registered investment adviser?
No. UpForge Consulting LLP and Scoutline Capital are consulting and startup advisory firms. Neither is registered as an Investment Adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or any other regulated intermediary. Services are advisory in nature only.
