This Cookie Policy explains how UpForge Consulting LLP (LLPIN: ACR-4016) ("UpForge", "we", "us") uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on upforgeconsulting.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies and browser storage?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Browser storage (such as localStorage) works similarly but stays on your device and is not sent to our servers with each request. We refer to both as "cookies" in this policy.
2. What we use
- Essential (always on): a single localStorage entry (
upf-consent-v1) that remembers your cookie choice and the date you made it. Our hosting provider may also set strictly necessary security or load-balancing cookies. - Analytics (off unless you consent): we do not currently run analytics. If we add them, they will only load after you opt in.
- Marketing (off unless you consent): we do not currently run advertising or retargeting cookies. If we add them, they will only load after you opt in.
3. Third-party content
To display the site we load fonts from Google Fonts and scripts and icons from public content-delivery networks (cdnjs, jsDelivr, unpkg). When you choose to book a call, you are taken to Calendly. These providers receive your IP address and standard browser information as part of delivering their content and are governed by their own privacy policies. They are not used by us to track you.
4. Managing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features may stop working if you do. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice of "Essential only".
5. Retention
Your consent record stays in your browser until you clear it or change your choice. We ask again if we materially change how we use cookies.
